I think I got a fair price. It was 7500.00 before taxes. I do have to pay 1169.00 to have it shipped, but the car fax came out clean and I verified the service history with the local dealer.

I would prefer black or Estoril Blue or Imola Red, but I wanted the miles to be somewhat on the low end. Silver/Black is a nice color too, but I already have a couple of Silver cars.

Nothing wrong with silver and black, my first PORSCHE 911 was silver and black and my current X is silver and black.

I like silver and black so much, I am considering converting the interior on my E39 from grey to black. Of course, I also want to convert my E53 interior to black.

Funny how 7 years in a black interior led me to realize the benefits and upset everything I'd always heard about them. It and the green color were the two things I hated most about my '04 3.0 E53. I came around to really liking both within the first couple of years.

Estoril, LeMans and Imola are EPICLY stunning on the E53. Those would be my top choices, hands down!!!!!!

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Looks great by the options list! Sports package is great. Looks like my twin except I have EHCII, and I don't have Sport Seats (but I have Sports Package go figure), and mine is Topaz.

The M54 is a great motor as you know and honestly it shouldnt need much at this point but fluids and perhaps front suspension. Drive the heck out of it, get a UUC SSK for it, and a new set of headlights (Depo's) to update the front end look. The pre-facelifts are sharp with just a few subtle mods

Good deal if the mileage is legit and condition checked out. I'm not a fan of black leather interior [had it in my 328i convert, hot hot hot!], but I do like silver bimmers. Where is it coming from? Ricky Bobby knows his pre-facelift mods, and the sportsitze [which I have ....] are nice to have. What wheels/tires on it? I'm assuming 18s, square setup with the sports package pre-facelift, I don't know if 03s could get the staggered 19s, which would be nice.

I am getting it from Connecticut. Between a copy of the title, the carfax, and the service history from the local BMW dealer there, I think the mileage is legit. I got new front rotors and pads, a new passenger side CV boot and and oil changed between August and December of last year. Some wealthy guy owned it and decided to buy a new car in January and sold it to some small dealer. I am buying it from the dealer.

I think they swapped the wheels because the pictures are not of the factory sport package wheels. I have the staggered 19's on my auto X5 that I might swap over, I just need to see how punishing the ride will be with the sport suspension on the 17 or 18 inch wheels that are on the MT.

I wish this one had PDC and heated seats/ heated steering, but can't have it all I suppose. I really feel like I lucked out.
