Make sure the mass air flow meter is plugged in all the way and nothing is wrong there. You will get codes because it's not running right but that might not point out a vacuum leak.

I kept think possibly mass airflow as well. I did not replace the EGR. I will go back and check vacuum lines.
The car was running just fine before I did this. I cleaned the throttle body and stuff when I had it off |

I got codes P0120, P0123, P0222. Looks Like I messed up the TPS
