Thank you for the information the misfire has been fixed but the rattling noise is still slightly there but much quieter and less frequent. I'm thinking that noise is either a exhaust rattle or possibly the clutch fan. I still haven't pinpointed the location of the noise and since it is random and now i have no check engine light It makes it hard to find.
