If you are getting the VCG's done and plugs, I would just have the mechanic give a once over on the engine, as well as a once over on the suspension parts (ball joints, thrust arms, control arms, etc). At your mileage its more likely to need suspension overhauls, etc.

Have him also look at the CV joint boots for any signs of tears
Start with a thorough inspection of the engine, transmission and suspension. Put any issues in order of priority and go from there. I wouldn't be surprised if the suspension will be at the top of the list.

Thanks for the advice. I'm in the process of ordering BC coilovers so I can get rid of my air suspension. I was never really a fan of how it handled anyways. I'll have my mechanic look over the suspension while he has the car since he's about 1.5 hour away from me. Then I'll probably buy the ECStuning front/rear suspension kits afterwards so I can replace everything else.

Once that's squared away, I'll tackle the oil leaks.
