Help!.. Messed up my SAT NAV with INPA!..

I had the X in the garage for a new turbo and thought i'd check with the INPA if they had reset the errors. After I was having a play with INPA and went into the navigation section and 'select parameter' and 'BMW colour navigation' and the screen flickered and now it just shows a message; 'Loading of software required - insert a suitable CD-rom'...

Is there a quick fix (like a reboot) or do i really need to install the software again?
If i do need the software does anybody know which one and where do i get it with instructions?
I have a 2005 X5 with MKIV software.
Any help would be appreciated.
