Thanks TiAgX5 - Oddly enough, I looked the guy up and found multiple mentions of him in Atlanta, so he must be someone legit. Worth a drive down to see if he's buttoned up. - Jonathan

I luckily haven't needed to tap the resources of forum recently so this has been the first message that's popped in my Inbox...

Jonathan and anyone who needs it - I use Mike Brown at MB Autocare in Loganville (678-939-4947) - he's done my valve stems as well as other maintenance/repair jobs. You'll need to check, but I think he's doing valve stems jobs for $2,500 now. He does a very thorough job not just using the AGA tool.

As I mentioned before, he's a good 45 minutes from where I am but I usually just get an Enterprise car a few miles down the road. I know there are people that have dropped off cars on trailers from other states and picked up cars a bit later.

Thank you sir. I appreciate the referral. That's SIGNIFICANTLY less than the prices I was getting in town. $4K seemed like the starting point and up...
