Well crap, I just found a LOADED Blue (my favorite color) 2006 4.4 with only 40,000 one owner miles for sale at a reasonable price pretty close to me. I love my 01' 3.0 and all but this is tempting. I eMailed the seller.............so, we'll see.

Dooooo eeeeet. 4.4i is the way to go on these pigs. My apologies to the 3.0 owners... I know they hold a soft spot for the M54. Especially the 3 pedal versions. And let's face it they are way cheaper/easier to maintain.
But 230hp and 220tq (I think?) is just not enough to motivate the weight of these IMO. I don't even like driving the wife's X3 with its M54.
