I need new valve quide seals on 4.4i Any repair shops in Orange County Calif?

Looks like I have the dreaded valve seal problem. I have checked everything else that could contribute but I am 99 percent sure that this is the problem. (pcv,leaks , oil in intake all these checked). Long idle then a large puff of smoke. only 68000 miles on an 2006

I have checked my local indies for this repair and they are way high even using the aga tool. One wanted 6000.00 dollars with the tool.
Another wanted 5900.00 with the tool for only the exhaust than an addition 800.00 for the intake. ??

So if anyone knows any one in the orange county area in California that can do this repair reasonably or in the LA area please let me know. Or if anyone has the tool to loan out or sell I could do this myself.
