Those tyres/wheels make the vehicle look really 'tough' IMO. More like a 4 x 4 than a luxury SUV. Is handling compromised a great deal? I imagine it's set up to suit your needs.

I have a set of OE 18" style 69s in my basement...take offs from several years ago from our '01 3.0, when I went to style 132 19"s.

A few old pics to give the OP a look at 18" style 69.

I have thought of selling them here, as winter 18s, or whatever...

They ain't new, but they are in excellent condition. The problem is shipping them.

I still have a set of E46 ZSP staggered 18s with E46 M3 ContiSportContact3 size rubber, stored in the FL garage. When I found out what I could get for them on E46fanatics and shipping cost, they were cleaned/waxed/dressed/bagged/stored.

May have to pull them out and mount on the X for some funny looking pics!

She handles great but I did recently put new Bilsteins on the front.

Yes, I really wanted to stick with tires that will help me get through the soft sand. We drive on the beach regularly and so far I've taken the X5 into the sand dunes once without any issue.

Got one tire in today for a test fit it's tight but looks so good we will make them work.by the way jack is under the vehicle but no weight on it
