The Bigfella is on a distinguished road
A few fault codes that I can't find online 0051, etc

I went to a friend's place today and a mate of his was running codes on his '05 3.0d. Mine is the same, an Aug 06 3.0d

Between the two vehicles, the following codes came up

0051- transmission (not present)
9 No ASC2 Message
189- electronic brake force function - both vehicles
5FIE- Trailer Isolation logic activated - again, both vehicles
191 IKE EEPROM dash incorrect
112 airbag seat fault

The one that worries me most is the 0051. My car sometimes jerks as I bring it to a halt - doesn't do it if I ease off the brakes as I stop.

Has anyone got ideas on this one?

It might help if you told what type of scanner was used to scan the X.

Sorry about that. I'm a dinosaur who likes to muck around with vehicles that don't use too many codes (my E34 M5, excepted). See you had a Jensen. I've had my '73 Interceptor since '87, but muck around mainly with motorbikes spanning about 80 years.

The codes were collected with the full Bavarian Auto package, from Bav Auto in the US.

Cheers
