Help. Safety mode/decreased power steering problem

I need help, why is my "Big Wheel" is going into safety mode (lost partial power steering) without any message, or leaks. I had this same problem a few weeks ago when my battery was about ready to fry! But now it starts without a problem, only when I turn the wheel it takes more effort. It has happened 4-5 times in a row. What do you guys think?
