Soft deer hit have questions

Update so the new adjuster was amazing they found some surplus oem headlights for me and took care of everything. Also they wrote the check out to me personally, I'm going to fix it not just cash it bit still nice.

So I had a soft hit with a deer thay was still able to get up and run off. Called my agent all is well seems to have tweaked the bumper and broke the headlight mount tabs as well as grill. Took to the shop they want to replace only parts under the bumper not the cover itself also the only want to use junkyard headlights. My lights while only halogen had crystal clear clean lenses and most x5s I see around are all cloudy. Is it being unreasonable to ask for new lights and the bumper cover?
