front pdc loom

does any one know where abouts the main connector is located that connects the main loom to the front pdc , looks like I got a fault finding expedition soon to fix the pdc's ive looked on google , cant find any info
is it inside the engine bay or on the bumper?.

If I recall, I could not pull off the bumper and set it down without disconnecting that connector. So it doesn't extend much past the bumper as you remove it. I doubt you can access without removing the bumper. I want to say connector is on the passenger side (right side over on this side of the pond ).

I knew I took pics and posted at some point. Here you go. Zoom into the right side of vehicle (left of pic) and you see the connector.

just thought id update you guys on my progress so far.
after the farce earlier with the bumper, and the slight removal of the loom insulation, I had another go today
removed the bumper, and re coated the loom with tape , inspecting as I went.. nothing un towards. then removed front pdc's from bumper and xhange each in turn with a new pdc sensor, nothing , still broke , thought sod it , and put it all back together and parked car on road . then remembered one of the members on here saying the car bongs when the key's in the ignition .
hmmmm I removed the drivers kick plate where the gong is and have a guess what I found ,
a bloody connector off !!!!!!!!!

re attached I now got working pdc's !!!!!!!!

victory is mine !!!

error in bmw scanner was front accustic generator off
