OEM Towing Wiring Harness?? Anyone parting out have one to sell?
I am looking for a part that is no longer offered through BMW. I am hoping someone out there has one. I have an 05 X5 3.0i with PDC, and I want to add a tow hitch and the subsequent OEM wiring harness. I have the control module, but I can't get the wiring harness part #71600009698. If anyone is parting out, I'd love to get my hands on one. I have tried eBay, salvage yards and the like with no joy.

That is the problem I am running into. All of the parts sites do not stock this item. So, when I place the order, they notify me that it is no longer available through BMW. I am going to have to find one through an auto recycler or parting out situation.

Damn, I wish it was that easy. I would think it wouldn't be that hard to find this part.
