Anyone see these? MagnaFlow - Direct Fit Catalytic Converter with Header

I recently stepped into a 3.0 with a 6 speed and I want a little more out of it. I was contemplating headers and putting in aftermarket cats, then with O2 sensor extension wires for the rear O2 sensor which would be relocated down the line, then muffler blah blah blah. I want to install something that will get me a nice sound and more power but still pass emissions in CT... This would be combined with an Intake of sorts and Shark tune or something similar.
