4.8is air suspension
First some facts. 1. Noticed car leaned when parked overnight 2. Got to points where system stopped working "susp level inactive" in dash 3. Replaced both front struts, cleared fault....system operational. As of late...have noticed the lean is back. Same side...to the drive side. Error came back last night.... fault code reads - "Reservoir Pressure drops, when filling of reservoir is requested" Anyone have any idea what is actually leaking at this point. I thought the lines from the compressor went to the front and rear struts independently. If so...I have a leak that affects both FRONT and BACK struts at the same time (on the driver side only) Anyone have any thoughts?

Did you replace the air bags or just the struts?
Does the compressor run and fill them back up when the vehicle is running (you can hear it if you listen)? The compressor might need to be replaced, or at least repaired/resealed depending on how hard it had to work before you started fixing things.

Full Arnott replacements.
Car starts and inflates bags effortlessly. If the compressor were going bad...wouldn't it let out the air at all 4 corners? Remember...the issue is somehow only affecting driver side. Quote:

I believe there's a separate line for each corner, so there's a definite possibility that the two lines for the drivers' side are leaking, not attached to the compressor correctly, or pinched somewhere in the path to their bag.

You either need a new compressor, or to buy a bagpipingandy repair kit for the seal on the compressor from Ebay, do the fix, and then you need to get the module's codes cleared again. If its still sagging overnight, one of your bags is leaking and the other one is compensating for it.

I cleared code and functionality was restored, so the compressor is still functioning. I googled the error and ended up on some range rover forums. They went off into some tangent about some valves not holding air.
I am going to spray bottle with soapy water tonight. Will post back with any findings. Quote:

dude listen to me. The compressor doesn't function as "on" and "off". If you are throwing that code (and you can confirm the code with DIS to be sure - I even know the number of the code in the EHCII module) - You have a compressor that is "weak" or slowly degenerated to be "out of spec" and when it works a bit harder than usual it will throw that code and error. The EHC module reads the pressure being generated and held in the accumulator (reservoir), if the compressor isn't able to pump air in the accumulator fast enough because its running like its a former smoker, the code will be thrown, even though the compressor is sending air in there, it is not doing it fast enough per the spec that the EHC module has saved in its memory. Once the spec is far enough out, the code is thrown and the error appears. Fix the compressor, for $50 for the repair kit it is worth it to do. The compressor can function perfectly fine and it will continue to do so but if it is throwing that code, over time it will throw it more and eventually it will just stay on, it is a gradual thing. Fix it.

Understood with the code and the compressor being near end of life. I will rebuild soon. It was a code thrown yesterday for the first time and is explained by an overworked compressor due to my leak.
My goal right now is to understand the system to help me find the leak. Does the strut itself hold pressure within the strut itself...or is that pressure held at the accumulator? Does the accumulator have serviceable parts or is it a one unit deal that requires full replacement? Quote:
