they should turn on as soon as u turn on ur parking lights... u have stock angel eyes correct? Im sure you do,
just to quickly check if ur angel eyes even work, dont even start up ur car, just turn on ur turn signal with the car off, either left or right... and this should happen..(looks kind of cool too)http://www.xoutpost.com/showthread.php?t=7737
