Chasing down hydraulic leaks
I need a new ORing of the cap, those always leak. Also the suction line to the bottom of the pump to the reservoir. I pried off the metal shrink band and installed a real clamp. It looks like I have a few other leaks I'm trying to locate. Anyone else done this before me? |

I cut off that same "crush clamp", trimmed 1/2" off the hose, and re-installed with a real hose clamp. After a few days the dripping stopped (the fluid leaked prior to fix took some time to run down/drop off).
