Instruction list for rear job.

Anyone happen to have the procedure list for replacing lower rear ball joints and both upper guide arms at the same time? I did the left side of my X5 3.0 /01 with air shocks and know I have to release the air for easier movement of the upper and lower carrier supports. But does releasing the upper guide arms create to much movement when trying to work on the ball joint press out / press in? Just want to get this right this time. BTW, how long should this take two experienced mechanics to complete?
