panoramic sunroof acting strange

Started with my sunroof will "tilt" up but won't close unless the car is turned off and they key back in acc. position.
Now sunroof will not slide open (holding switch open does nothing), unless I go through the initiation procedure - it goes through fine. Then it will open as it should but not close with "one touch", I have to keep hitting close maybe 10 times to get it closed.
Starts all over again, does not slide open unless I go through initiation procedure again - and then again will not close with one touch.....

Dealer replaced entire cace cassette early on under warrantee with the "redesigned" after water leak.

just reaching out if anyone has had same experience and there fix.
