Just did my replacement water pump and I personally went with OEM BMW. Been only 20K but so far so good on remanufactured.

OEM BMW can have you installing a China made Meyle pump, gotta love a new pump that comes with a little card in the box that states "some leakage may occur during shaft seal break-in".
Funny thing is, I've never seen puddles of coolant due to unbroken-in shaft seals under all the new BMWs at the dealers. The China made Meyle pump I got 1.5yrs ago began leaking 1yr after installing. Sent back to BavAuto for a full refund toward GENUINE BMW pump (Made in Italy). Nothing but Genuine BMW going forward.
