The headliner and window trim will be black. Obvious the wheels. The steering wheel was an option. I thought the sport seats were an option as well?
Are you trying to figure out what you have?

I believe that the front struts are different - look up the part numbers and you'll see different ones for sport vs. not.

I think the non air sport suspension is stiffer and lower. I know mine is stiff for a "luxury" SUV. You feel literally everything. I can't imagine a non sport X5 is the same.

Yes the springs/shocks are stiffer with different part numbers. Same with the air bags. Sport bags are different with different numbers as opposed to non sport.
The sport also has clear rear corners and clear side markers. |

Sway bars will be different as well. Thicker on the sport models. Air suspension gets stiffer, 'sport settings'.
In early models, tail and side marker signal lights were clear on sport and amber on non-sport. They were clear on all trim after the face lift. Chrome exterior window trim vs black. Matte black vs high gloss door trim. Sport exhaust tips vs non. Gloss black on sport package. Chrome on is models.

An interesting difference I came across while researching pre-facelift 4.4 sport pkg Xs,
The pre-'03 4.4 spt pkg vehicles that where assembled with 18" wheels, came with "H" speed rated rubber, and an electronic speed limiter set to 128mph. BMW began installing "V" speed rated rubber in '03, allowing removal of the speed limiter and a 143mph top speed. Whenever I shop for a vehicle, I avoid speed limited ones!
