Bad oil leak
Hello all, Just fixed my ABS/trifecta light issue and was going to take the car out tonight. I went for a short drive this morning all good. Went out after work and the garage floor is covered with oil. There has been a slight drip coming from the left side of the motor and I was going to figure it out at some point. Have removed skid shields and tried to see where it is coming from. I have a feeling it has to do with the hoses/assembly for the remote oil filter. I had to move that out of the way to get to the ABS module and wondering if I disturbed something. It is so bad there is no oil showing on the dipstick. Thinking I have to take it all apart again, remove the alternator, maybe even the radiator to get access to that area of the oil lines. Went on REALOEM to look for diagrams, but nothing real specific on where that adapter is located. Any thoughts or direction?
Thanks |

Would help a lot if you listed what type of engine you have.

UP, sorry about that. So annoying. I filled all the details out for my profile and I assumed they would just show up. I need to fix that. It is a M62/4.4. Has the steel braided lines coming from the the left side of the block to the oil filter housing by the coolant tank.
