WTB Painted Door Handle

In the age old door carrier replacement thread, I posted that my driver's door carrier failed and I have bought the parts to replace it. Other things keep coming up, so I haven't done it yet (it's not that hard to roll the window down with the key to open it).

I was looking at my plastic exterior handle and it has quite a few little scratches, so now I think I would like to replace it at the same time. All I have found so far say the are "ready to be painted". I'd rather not bother with painting it or taking it somewhere to be painted - does anyone know where I can find it already painted? Mine is color matched Jet Black.
