LCM Coding For No Parking Lights
Can anyone confirm what exactly was changed via NCS on the LCM to code the parking lights off to achieve an angle eye only appearance with the running lights on?
I've read two different codes, on this forum, and can't seem to get it to work. This question is for facelift vehicles.

 When I get home I'll post what I have done. If you read through that thread and the other one, there is two conflicting codes for the same procedure.

2 you should do
2. disable corner/parking lamp -BLK_V_GED_ALS_PARKLICHT - nicht_activ Turn off DRL and you will have 4 rings, nothing else when lights are in the first position.

Post 7 says nothing about performing this task and that's why I'm asking.
"2. disable corner/parking lamp -BLK_V_GED_ALS_PARKLICHT - nicht_activ" This is what you have posted on 7, and when I do this, on an 05 4.8, nothing changes. Somewhere else posted on this forum, to achieve this goal, is this- -KEINE_PARKLICHT_FUNKT - activ. Which is, no parking lights functionality. So next time I will try, -BLK_V_GED_ALS_PARKLICHT - nicht_activ, combined with? I have been able to find 3 code lines pertaining to DRL's in this LCM. They are: AL_ALS_DRL nicht_aktiv Which is low beams as DRL FL_DIMMUNG_ALS_DRL wert_02 wert_03 wert_05 Which is dimmed high beams as daytime running lights. These are most likely the percent values for the low beam drl. GED_FL_ALS_DRL nicht_aktiv Which is dimmed high beams as daytime running lights. As you can see, there both not active. Anymore ideas?

Can't fooking reply from phone, and not by a computer nearly as much. For some reason it won't let me login at all now from iphone.
I don't have the daten file handy. I can prob grab it tonight if I don't forget. haven't done it in a while. need to refresh a bit. But I know I saved everyone's files on my garage computer. Ill try not to forget it tonight.
