HELP....Torx size for tensioner for belts size?

I'm trying to replace the pump and my torn set all seem to small? I tried a t45 and t50 and it's not even close in size? That's what I thought people were stating. Does anyone know if they are different on the 04 4.4i n62 engine? Or do I just have an off size tensioner?

It's definitely a torx took a picture to confirm it since I couldn't visually see it

Wonder if you have an aftermarket tensioner from the PO?

Not sure its possible. After running around and finding a few bigger torx bit it ended up being a T60.

ON a side note has anyone just changed out the idler and AC Pulley/Rollers? Or do you all usually end up replacing the entire tensioner? My Rollers don't seem to roll nicely anymore and since Im at it I figured I change it out.

Any thoughts?

I tried to replace just the pulley wheels, but the vendor I got them from had bad size info and I had to return them and then ran out of time.

Measure the diameter of your pulleys (60 mm, 70 mm, etc) before ordering. They come as an assembly - new plastic "wheel" and new bearing together.
