Make a $10 Fluid Transfer Pump

1. First purchase a Flow Master Multi use Sprayer. You can find one at Home Depot for less the $10.00. RL Flo-Master 1 Gal. Economy Sprayer-1401P - The Home Depot

2. Cut the nozzle off the wand.

3. Grab an old coat hanger and cut just below the hook.

4. Next find some old rubber fuel line hose (1/4 inch worked great) or any rubber hose will do.

5. Use Zip ties and fasten hose to the hook and push on to the wand.

6. Now you’re ready to transfer fluid. In my case the ATF needed topping off.

Allows you to control the flow better than hand pump and cost you about the same.

On the other hand, I use the standard $10 "Suction Pump" (all local auto parts stores sell this):

Points for the McGivering. But I also just have a $10 suction pump like Cn90.

Fluid Pump

5 years ago I made my own pump. I have used it innumerous time for all kinds of fluids.
Works like a champ. My cost was less than $20
