Fiscally, few events feel better, imo... Mort free here since ~ 1998 in our NY house, and now with both Mtn & SW FL house.s Ah, college: had two in Rutgers at same time, overlapping for a couple years, back in the late 80s. I cannot understand the cost of college today. GL, mD
