Front Turn Blinker was out, now both fronts are out! WHY?

So my driver side blinker was burnt out and the usual fast blinker started. Now both fronts are out. Anyone have any advise? I ma pulling them both out tonight to further examine.

Do you know where I can find the best source to find what bulbs I need. From what I see its a 3157. Mine is a 2003 e53 3.0

The last time they would replaced the owner might have replaced both. If one burns out the other is likely not far behind. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks but even using that I see a couple options for turn signal bulbs. What is the deal?

Ok

here we go
3457 Bulb
want it in amber? 3457NA
want it in long life amber? 3457NALL
Want it in clear? 3457

Want it on a Blister card? add BP prefix, as in BP357NALL = blister package, amber color, long life. Hanging on a peg hood at your local parts store.

Note the bulb number is a industry standard, Silver shell for Euro applications.
