Interesting how the pictures for that vehicle were taken back in September of last year and of course the mileage has changed by over 4k. I wonder if it was up for sale before and did not sell and why? Its definitely clean and really the only thing I would be concerned about at that mileage milestone is the valve stem seals( have they been addressed/fixed or still to come). Check it out see what it brings

I think anyone buying an N62 X5 at this point should assume that it does need valve stem seals. Use it as a negotiating point unless they can prove they had it done. Trust me, anyone who has actually had it done will have the $3000-4000 receipt to show you. VSS would not dissuade me from purchasing an X unless it poured smoke from every stop light and drive through...

Good point on the mileage... I'm guessing it's being driven by the owner during sale.

Yes I agree with you on the VSS. I wouldn't hesitate buying the vehicle because it it may need valve stem seal therapy but its just something others need to be aware of because this is a capital repair for most. At any measure the seller probably has a stack of maintenance invoices judging by the degree of care in the vehicle. If they did have VSS therapy I am sure the seller will want to point this one out thus making the purchase of the vehicle even more attractive.
