Door Handle, mechanical lock and window regulator question - 01 X5

Figured I'd just ask them all at the same time :-)

Over the winter my X5 took a beating apparently. Exteroir passengers door handle doesn't work, passengers window is slow and the lock on my drivers side does not manually lock/unlock.

Exterior door handle...been replaced once before...could this new handle simple need the cable readjusted? I can see the cable lifting the latch but just not enough to open to door, if I lift up on the latch (where the cable attaches) the door opens without issue.

Slow window...zip tie fix? Nothing catastrophic has happened for noises, just simply slow when it's dry out
...wet days (when I accidentally over turn my lock and the windows go down lol) it operates almost at the same speed as the other 3 windows.

Manual locks not working but the key will lock and unlock the door with the partial key turn...but once upon a dead battery the key would not unlock the doors manually. Do I need the tumbler repair kit with the spring system?

Thanks in advance for your help guys. Otherwise she's doing quite well, loved deep snow and no other real complaints. Car was acquired with 176k now has 198k.
