If you are asking because you have a 3.0 with a 6 speed manual...that's a bit different and I understand why you would ask. But, I bet it would be more cost effective to sell your parts and get ones that actually bolted to each other at the factory...unless you find some cheap but still tested "adapters."

My goodness that ess kit is pretty! A little pricey, but plug and play + 120hp usually doesn't come cheap.

I am pretty sure that costs 50%+ KBB of most e53 3.0s in this world.

The fleet life of E53 is finally where people do not mind strange and esoteric projects, but there is no ROI on those.

True. But if you ever want to sell the X5 then the supercharger can be removed and the vehicle returned to stock condition (not as easy if turbocharged).

And then the supercharger kit can be sold as well. The ESS kits hold their value pretty well I think.
