I have 2002 diesel! My car was built for Italy! No heated seats...pre wired rear heated seats! Has webasto.... pre wired for blue tooth module, sun roof, SOS signal! Not for home link pre wired, but I installed it anyway! Partly pre wired for rear seat adjustment! I have folding side mirrors...as I know they started in 2003!
I have seen almost completely full package of 2002 3d for sale here in Riga! With rear airbags...rear seat adjustment...tyre pressure! Alarm inside sensors, remote for webasto!
There is no completely full package...some things there will be no installed...except cars on special order!
I would like to have full self leveling suspension!

I believe on the early models there was an additional lighting package that included the rear footwell lights, interior door handle LED's and auto-dim mirror.

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Yep 3.0 on mine as well. I think it is actually an early build vs. later build thing - I was reading the earlier builds even on the lower trims and engines got the rear footwell lights plus the lighted door handles.

Not to hijack the thread too much, mine is also pre-wired for the lighted inside door handles; when I changed out my door carrier I noticed a small lighted bulb at the end of a dangling wire. That would be a really nice upgrade but the version with the lens insert are pretty expensive, I seem to recall around $70 a piece.

I changed out the existing bulbs with very white LEDS and while I was at it I added other separate small LEDs, front and rear, that are the same color as the dash lights. They are angled toward the doors and show up separately but not obviously.

Hmm maybe I should do this mod..lol
hey gatojurko I did that mod to my doors as well.
1. its been almost 4 years my both my left side bulbs died.
2. it annoys me that everytime. I open or close my door the bmw logo is in a different place it could be upside down. Facing to the left, or right etc. Have you found a way to keep it in one spot.
3. surprised no one done the light door sills yet or logo lighted door sills.
