Check your mounts. Tcase and rear diff in particular.

Most likely sub frame bushings. Do you know if they have ever been changed? How many miles are on your X?

Look at your mounts as has been suggested above. Use a pry bar and see what moves around too freely. I'm betting it's one or all of the items suggested above at the mileage you're at.
