X5 newbie help pls!

Hello all
I bought a bmw 2003 x5 e53 about a year ago but have only just started cleaning it up. Didn't pay much for it so got a steal!! Started with brake pads, discs and brake fluid. Have ordered new wheels and needs a good clean!

Sending it to my local bmw specialist this week as the brake fluid change didn't go according to plan. The computer needs to be connected to sort something out. Does anyone know how to reset it without a computer??

Also I have E3 fuel trim bank 1, permissible range exceeded
And E4 fuel trim bank 2, permissible range exceeded

Can anyone shed some light on my issues

Many thanks!!
