Spring projects done 2016

so I had the opportunity to do a bunch of projects on the X5
1] new Michelin latitudes back tires[ fronts are still very good]
2]refinished the 20" stock wheels
3]spark plugs[ NGK iridium]
4]changed the low and high beams lamps[cool blue]DS2.
5]changed out the angle eyes to ZIZA LED.
6]transmission fluid change and filter[ no flush ]
7] I compounded[macquires ultra] and polish[I did it my self].
8]road force balance all wheels.
After last year which was filled with oil leaks, water pump, valley pan, brake lines and replace ,alternator oil seal, oil seal on other side, I figure it is worth it to invest the last bit and hopefully make it a good year.
I am sure somethings will come up but fingers crossed all will be good.

I've been neglecting mine. Short of washes I haven't done any of the stuff I wanted to do. This serves as some motivation.

Great start to the year electrical. I'm sure the X enjoys the extra attention.

Mine has been a busy fall through spring season but that's because of correcting PO's maintenance schedules and modifications.

I got the car back from the shop after the tranny service ,wow what a difference , the x5 is like new , running smooth and shifting nice, I think the tranny is liking the flow of the fluid.
The old filter had a stamp from 2005 on it and the old fluid smelled like toxic crap...................Looking forward to driving her every day now.
