Upper timing cover gasket replacement

Im following a DIY and came to this:

"If you need to replace the right side cover, before removing the cover fasteners, the timing chain tensioner has to be removed."

Will I need a special BMW tool or is it just literally unscrew it to disassemble and just screw it back on to re-assemble???

Thanks

Conventional tools are fine for this level but the space is tight.

No special tools except for the tight space. The tensioner is spring loaded (and hydraulic when the engine is running) and just slides into the hole in the cover.
