Do you change out your belt tensioner during cooling refresh (a/c & main belt)

Hi all, I have an automatic '06 3.0 M54... about 89k miles now. It's not my daily driver and i've been putting about 5k on it each year for the past couple of years.

I've been dealing with a stuck open thermostat for the past 6 months too, so i'm finally taking time to do a cooling system refresh since i'm coming up on my 10 year x5 ownership anniversary!!

This is what i've ordered so far: thermostat, water pump, wp pulley, upper & lower rad hoses, fan switch, expansion tank, auto trans thermostat, expansion tank hose, serpentine belt, ac belt, idler pulley, tensioner pully.

My question is, do you guys/gals normally change the a/c and hydraulic belt tensioner as a preventative maintenance too?

Both of my tensioners were replaced at 150,000 miles and have been okay since then. I just inspect them each time the belts are serviced.

2002 X5 3.0 306,800 miles
2014 428i 21,000 miles

Changed from the mechanical tensioner to a hydraulic tensioner only because I got the hydraulic tensioner for 30 bucks at the local pick n pull. Keep the mechanical tensioner if the hydraulic tensioner should fail.
