Comments on this deal?

Hi, I'm really interested in getting a used X5. I found one and want to hear what you guys think about it. I will see the car over the weekend. I did research online and think it's a pretty good deal.

2001 X5 4.4i with about 65000 miles. Sport package (a must). CD changer. Blue exterior and grey/dark grey two tone interior. Second owner. No accident/mechanical problem according to the seller. No Xenon. No Navigation (no big deal as we use the Garmin portable unit). And just the "regular" sport seat. Clean inside/out from the pictures. For some reasons, I kinda like the blue color even though the resale value seems lower.

Price is about $23000. When I searched online, even 2001 3.0i with same mileage sells higher than that...of course kbb/Nada prices are much higher and they are not really good reference points. But on edmunds, this price is slightly higher than trade-in.

I'm thinking if I get this, even when the new design comes out, it should sustain some depreciation hit...

What do you guys think? thanks a lot!!
