shes back

well ,after the farce that was the abs module , I finally got my beasty back

its been a long 2 week , of bike riding . but she's back
sent the abs module off to get repaired, and they said it was none repairable, so I had to buy a 2nd hand one , still cost me 285 quid though

still glad I got her back

Happy Steve

What code did you have?

I had a precharge pump code 88 when I had my ABS module rebuilt on our E39. Here's a little video about it:

When the second hand ABS module goes just do yourself a favor and get a new replacement. These ABS modules are common failure points.

Richard I cant remember the codes tbh, I think it had to complete comms breakdown between the unit and the obd port,
so couldn't be repaired,
and a new one over this end is £2200
hopefully if this one goes can get it repaired
