Wabble steering wheel

Hello everyone I'm the new guy I drive a 03 e53 and I'm experiencing a wabble in my steering wheel when breaking at 65+ speeds . It's not a shake but a wabble from left to right . It has new wheels and tires . New struts new ball joints new bushings new brake pads and rotors. Can't figure it out any suggestions 🤔

Okay first question I am going to ask was there a wobble there before you did the new wheels, tires, balls joints etc.? If not then its a result of the new items. Are the new wheels hub centric (meaning fit perfectly centered on the wheel hub?) You say it happens on braking then this could be the rotor or thrust arms or combination of the two.

The new wheels are hub centric
It would do it before the new rotors

If it is only when you brake above 65 mph that you have the wobble in the steering wheel, chances are you need to replace the thrust/tension arm, or at the very least the bushing in the thrust arm. I replace the bushing in my X with polyurethane bushings. No wabble or wobble here.
