Maybe.

I've been noticing a steady rise in operating temp on the 3.0. The usual 92 deg has become 96 degs with peaks of 97 degs. Absolute highest I used to see was 96 degs.

Temps go down on the highway.

So I got a new Behr clutch. German made, not Chinese.

I'll be darned if temp peaks are higher, I am seeing 97-99 degs.

Temps were down some of the time, but on the average temps are worse after the new clutch!

It's like the Behr clutch is only working sometimes.
