Putting axle back in
It is locked in place which means the splines have lined up but im turning shaking and pushing and it seems to not want to go any further.... I did take the diff out but its bolted back on now...could be alignment issue with splines? Or circlip on shaft? Any ideas |

I had a similar issue getting the front driver side axle back into the hub after re-booting. Gentle taps with a 3lbs sledge got it far enough to engage the axle nut.
you may have luck tapping with a small sledge to finesse it in. Did you grease the splines? |

Plenty of moly grease on spline and shaft. Ill just have to tap harder

New axle or putting old one back in? Did you replace the circlip?
