Intermittent vibrations on steering wheel, front driver side wheel

Hello, I have problem with my X5 2002

My car was not driven for couple of weeks and then yesterday I was on speed way, while drive around 80 kmph, driver side front wheel is kind of vibrating as if got a flat tyre and car got wobbly, vibrations on steering wheel. This is happening intermittently. when I stop the car completely for few mins then started. It was okay then.

Any suggestions what this could be. Do you think its a alignment problem or brake problem.

Have you replaced your front thrust arms at any point? More than likely time to replace or have them inspected.

Could be you flat spotted the tire from them being in the same position for a long time. There are products on the market that prevent flat spotting of tires if the car is in storage or used infrequently.
