Strange Behaviour with 4x4/ABS Light

Hi there,

Having some strange issues with my car and hoping somebody can shed some light on it! I have a 2006 E53 X5 with 180k on the clock. I have just had the car serviced where they replaced a rear control arm and gave the car an oil change.

Once I picked up the car, everything was fine and it was driving smooth and had no issues. However two days later I turned on the car in the morning and I had three lights illuminated on the dashboard, the yellow 4x4 light, ABS light and the light that is next to that (see photo here: Screenshot by Lightshot ). I pull into a service station and turn the car off, get back in the car and all the lights are off on the dashboard.

Three days later (today), I now have the yellow 4x4 light back on the dash again. I've started the car a few times and driven it around the block and it hasn't cleared.

I've got the car on charge now (hoping that it's just the battery low in voltage). I also tried the full lock steering cycle a few times to see if that cleared the fault.

Driving the car today I did notice a slight lag on the gearbox which I haven't felt before.

Sorry for the long winded question above. Has anybody experienced similar issues/know what could be causing this?
