D.VANOS JOB, HELP...
I am wondering what else I should do while I am in there. I have the full replacement gasket/seal kit and the valve cover gasket. I'll check the plugs and would like to test the cylinders for PSI. What should the PSI be for the 6 cylinders? BTW, what type of torque wrench do I need? Values: 80-120 lbft or 120-240 lb ft? Not sure. Should I replace the chain rail guides? Thanks in advance for all your advice. J

I just did this. My valve cover broke despite my best attempt at delicate handling. You'll need a torque wrench in the single digits. Most torque specs involved in the vanos job are 6/7ftlbs.

Oil separator and hoses, DISA valve and its O-ring.
Small torque wrench as Josh suggested. Get the one in in-lb and use the conversion.
