EHC Access level NCS settings?

Guys,
Here is the problem I have. My wife always complains about the running boards getting the pants dirty, especially now when its slushy dirty snow.

I have the option to lower it to Access level which helps but I wish I can get it lower than it goes when I press the button.

Now, the goal is to modify the height level for Access only which it gets subtracted from the Cruise height, I believe.
I checked the EHC module man file but I can't really tell.

And I know, the other option is to lower the overall height but I am ok with the stock look.

Any thoughts if this setting exists?
