Little help with aftermarket headunit due to amp going

Hi im thinking about getting this unit ..
XTRONS PF7553BA Quad Core Android 5.1 Car DVD Player Stereo GPS WiFi BMW E53 X5 | eBay

My amp which is non dsp but got satnav tv tuner etc
The left speaker has totally gone off now after being intermittent and would rather get rid of the lot and get a new system im not paying £200 for a 10yr old new amp! Haha.

What i would like to no is what other things would i need to get that particular headunit wired in and

1. Can i hook the existing tv tuner to plug in it
2. Is that unit plug an play or gotta mess with wires
3. Can i sell the old 16.9 existing headunit and how much
4. Can i sell the nav box in boot and is it worth much
5. Is it a hard job i am pretty good with stuff like this

Just had to replace door handle housing which wasnt to bad and installed door tweeters as there was none as standard ready for me new headunit! Just hope its not a nightmare.

Thanks hopefully someone can help
