I am desperately in need of an ICE upgrade for my 4.8is and I like this better than any of the Android options... although they have their benefits too.

Temporary connect the nbt to my e53.
![]() few thing need to sort out such as Nav/GPS testing, reverse camera connection and radio connection before i can properly tidy up the cabling. Quite happy with the progress.. |

This is so tempting - but its half the cost of a supercharger LOL - and my wife would flip a shit if she lost the one "crappy cupholder" in the console
But - if it comes out looking good installed, I would definitely consider saving up for this - EDIT: Omg that Germaniks Bezel looks so OEM - I want this so bad right now -

Can anyone answer a question for me - whether the Satellite Radio function is built in? I.E. once everything is hooked up and wired up will it just work as long as I have subscription or is that a separate module?

Sat radio sounds pretty poopy though ....
I commend the effort for the OE 'ness of this . How, would you use this though in ur e53 CarPlay / android auto aside , all I use these days is phone BT , Spotify and Waze. |

Considering I only listen to Patriot (talk radio) and BPM for beats it sounds great to me LOL I'm the opposite as I just like to work with an OEM setup - I only use the OE nav in my wifes E70, Sirius, and BT for phone - The price tag is steep but if my E53 could work like my wifes E70 I would consider saving for it, after the million other things I need to do on this car for the long haul
