With all of the privacy glass back there why would you even need this shade system? Plus there are no passengers in that part of the vehicle.

call me a sucker but if the parts are rare, I want them. I dont even have the rear door privacy shades but I want these (but that cost is redic)

There are lots of aftermarket ones out there, but these are actually from BMW.
The aftermarket ones the rear cargo window is separated into 2. Sure they aren't really needed, but its a unique item to have especially if you have the factory rear shades on the doors, this completes the set. 100$ was a steal TMV

I didn't even know those were a thing. I'd love them, but not at $300. We love the ones for the doors and these could only further assist the temperature reduction in the hot south Texas summers.

For that price, you could apply a light tint to the rear windows for a lot less and get the same result.

Tint or shades IMO only helps actively - aka, as the sun is beating on ya as it's moving...
To some degree it helps while the car is standstill. But a heat soaked car is a heat soaked car... |
